questions, here are some of the most frequently asked.
-

provision of additional
senior management resources,
when
and where
they are needed, without
long-term obligations,
at an optimal cost.

Who are Interim Managers?
-
Typical Interim Managers are individuals who selected Interim
Management as a professional career. In other words they are
not in between
jobs, and are therefore fully dedicated to their assigned
mandate.
-
Highly educated individuals
with several years of management experience in similar
functions or situations, they are pragmatic, down-to-earth
managers, used to make on-the-spot decisions.
-
Finally, the
Interim Managers we work with
are carefully selected and
best qualified for each assignment
-
When
do companies
need an Interim
Executive solution?
-
What industry does InterimExecutives SA
specialise in?
-
InterimExecutives SA do not specialise in any particular industry as
the experts we work with come from various backgrounds
in all industry sectors.
-
They have the right caliber to
fulfill all executive and senior
operational management positions
within their field of expertise.
-
How long does it take for an Interim Manager
to be operational?
-
The Interim Managers we select
for a particular mandate would have had several years of
hands-on experience in similar industries or situations.
-
They are immediately
operational from day one. As a matter of fact our clients
often
benefit from our Interim Manager's
experience before the mandate actually starts,
when we involve him/her
during the preparation phase.
-
What is the cost of an
InterimExecutives
SA solution?
-
Fees vary
depending on the complexity of the project, the level of the
manager, and the length of the mandate. Clients are charged a
previously agreed upon daily rate plus usual out of pocket
expenses such as travel and accomodation where required.
-
Our fees
compare favorably
on a day to day basis with the cost of an
equivalent permanent
executive when taking into account the associated recruitment costs, social
charges, potential "golden parachutes",
etc.
-
A unique advantage of the
InterimExecutives SA solution is also the flexibility to
change the scope of the Mandate or the Interim Manager during
the course of a mandate at any time.
-
How are Interim
Managers selected for the mandate?
-
During the
first phase of the project InterimExecutives SA and the
Client
define the requirements together,
set clear and measurable goals for the mandate,
and elaborate the most appropriate profile of the required
Executive.
-
We
then select from our pre-screened
pool of independant
Interim Managers who are recognised experts in their fields,
one or more Executives that have the most appropriate caliber
for that particular mandate, and get their agreement to the
targets that have been set.
-
The selected
Interim Manager(s) are
then presented to
the CLient
for final approval.
-
How does
InterimExecutives SA
monitor
progress and delivery?
-
InterimExecutives SA
will closely follow every step of the project and
ensure intermediary and final targets are met
-
Regular progress reports with
the Interim Manager and the Client will take place as
appropriate.
-
What if the Client wants to
hire the Interim Manager permanently?
-
Upon completion of a mandate
both the Client and the Interim Manager may agree to pursue
their efficient collaboration on a more permanent basis.
-
When this
happens within the first year following the completion of a
project, InterimExecutives SA would charge the Client a
retainer fee comparable to fees charged by Executive Search
firms for such a position.
-
The
advantage to the Client is that he would end up hiring an
Executive after "testing" him effectively, therefore
minimising any risk of getting the wrong person on board.
